We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and motivated person to join a supportive legal services administration team in Chippendale. You'll work full-time, Monday to Friday, while completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Legal Services all while earning a wage and gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional legal workplace.
What will you learn?
You'll gain practical experience supporting the day-to-day administration of a legal services business, including:
- Meeting and greeting clients face-to-face and over the phone
- Reception and general legal services administration
- Preparing and formatting letters, emails and documents
- Opening and maintaining client files
- Data entry and document management
- Assisting with banking, couriers and bookings
- Supporting solicitors and the wider administration team
- Handling incoming enquiries and directing clients appropriately
- Maintaining accurate records and confidential information
- Supporting the smooth running of the office
- Assisting with stationery, office supplies and company events
- Gaining exposure to different areas of the legal services business
You'll develop professional administration skills while gaining an understanding of how a law firm and legal services environment operates.

- Ideally has some customer service, retail, hospitality or casual work experience
