DATA ENTRY ASSISTANT - ACCOUNTS

What You'll Do

As a Data Entry Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in our financial operations by:

- Organising and preparing documents from various financial service providers

- Identifying and extracting key data for tax preparation

- Converting source data into formats compatible with our accounting software

- Ensuring data accuracy and consistency through careful reconciliation

- Assisting clients with queries regarding document requirements





What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have:

- A tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Actuarial Studies

- Academic achievement with a GPA of at least 70%

- Strong attention to detail and uncompromising accuracy

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
- A can-do attitude with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

- Experience in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment (desirable)

- Proficiency in Excel (advantageous)
