Signlite is a Sydney-based signage company located in Marrickville, specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of commercial signage.

We work across a wide variety of projects and signage types, including:

· Tower Crane signage

· Statutory and wayfinding signage

· Lightboxes and illuminated signage

· Building and façade signage

· Vinyl applications

· Vehicle graphics and wraps

· Custom fabricated signage

· Acrylic and metal signage

· Construction and project signage

· General commercial signage

We are looking for an organised, confident and commercially minded person to join our team in a Sales & Quotingposition.

About the Role

This is a diverse role combining quoting, sales, business development and client communication.

You will manage incoming enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up opportunities and actively reach out to prospective clients to generate new business and identify upcoming projects.

You’ll work closely with customers, builders, project managers, suppliers and our internal design, production and installation teams to understand project requirements and help convert opportunities into confirmed work.

This role would suit someone who is proactive, confident speaking with people and comfortable taking ownership of the sales process from initial contact through to quotation and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

· Respond to incoming customer and project enquiries

· Prepare detailed and accurate quotations

· Follow up outstanding quotations and sales opportunities

· Conduct business outreach to prospective clients via phone and email

· Generate and qualify new sales leads

· Identify businesses, builders, project managers,



architects and other potential clients to approach

· Develop relationships with new and existing clients

· Read and interpret plans, signage schedules, drawings and specifications

· Determine suitable materials, fabrication methods and installation requirements

· Clearly communicate the scope of approved jobs when handing them over for production

Experience

Previous signage or sales experience is preferred, but it is not essential.

We are happy to consider someone without signage experience who has the right attitude, communication skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Training can be provided around our signage products, materials, processes and quoting requirements.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

· Confident speaking with customers and prospective clients

· Comfortable making outbound calls and approaching new businesses

· Proactive in looking for new sales opportunities

· Friendly and professional

· Organised and can manage their own inbox and to-do list

· Able to manage multiple enquiries, quotes and sales leads at once

· Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

· Willing to learn about signage materials, manufacturing and installation

Hours

This is a full-time, four-day working week:

Monday to Thursday, 6:30am – 5:00pm The position is based at our premises in Marrickville, Sydney.
