Our mission since 1989 has been to improve workplace wellbeing and support Australians’ mental health. We provide services such as EAP counselling, critical incident response, onsite and remote support, psychosocial risk management, and tailored wellbeing consultation to help individuals and organisations thrive.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO and Executive Leadership Team. This is a pivotal role that will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring the smooth operation of the Executive Office while supporting key organisational initiatives.

Key responsibilities

- Provide executive support to the CEO, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and prioritisation of key activities.

- Coordinate Board and committee meetings, including agendas, minutes, reports, and governance documentation.

- Manage communications on behalf of the CEO and act as a key liaison with stakeholders across the organisation.

- Support strategic projects through coordination, reporting, and follow-up of actions and deliverables.

- Prepare presentations,



reports, correspondence, and meeting materials to a high professional standard.

- Coordinate internal and external events, including Board meetings, leadership off-sites, and staff forums.

- Oversee office and facilities administration, ensuring a secure, functional, and welcoming workplace environment.

- Manage internal communications channels and support the delivery of timely and engaging organisational updates.

- Provide broader administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team as required.

What we're looking for

- Minimum 5 years' experience supporting a CEO or senior executive.

- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

- Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.

- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and attention to detail.

- Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working in a changing environment.
