About Your New Role

Reporting to the Director, Audi, this role provides executive and administrative support across the Audi and CUPRA brands. Working closely with senior leaders, you will help coordinate key business activities, manage schedules and priorities, and ensure the smooth operations of the Director's office.

Success in this role will come from your ability to anticipate needs, build solid relationships, manage competing priorities and deliver a consistently high standard of support in a fast-paced setting.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:

- Provide high-level executive support to the Director, Audi, including diary management, correspondence, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
- Support the CUPRA Brand Director and wider leadership team with administrative and organisational activities as required.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, leadership forums and dealer events, ensuring all logistics, agendas and supporting materials are delivered to a high standard.
- Manage travel bookings, itineraries, expenses, purchase orders and other administrative tasks in line with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare, proofread and distribute presentations, reports, communications and business documentation.
- Maintain key reporting, SharePoint sites, calendars and departmental information to support business operations.
- Facilitate the timely flow of information, approvals and actions across internal teams,



dealers and external stakeholders.
- Assist with the planning and execution of brand events, leadership meetings and special projects, with occasional attendance where required.
- Assist with compliance communications, policy updates and general business support activities across the Audi and CUPRA teams.

About You:

- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting senior leaders in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership with the ability to work independently and follow through on commitments.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Proven ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A high level of professionalism, discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
- Flexibility to support meetings, events and business activities outside standard hours when required.
