Medical is our in-house medical arm covering integrative, preventative and longevity medicine. Since our last injector intake we have grown into a mature, multi-disciplinary practice: a team of doctors in house, experienced cosmetic nurses, dermal therapists, our own compounded prescription skincare, and a clinical governance framework behind every treatment.

The role

We are looking for an experienced Cosmetic Nurse Injector to join our Sydney team across Balmain and Bella Vista. This is a hands-on injecting role from day one. You will consult, plan and treat your own clients with medical oversight from our doctors, and with dermal therapists and prescription skincare alongside you to build complete treatment plans rather than one-off appointments.

Hours and location are flexible and shaped around you: 2 to 5 days per week across our two Sydney clinics, with the split and number of days agreed based on your experience and availability. There is a clear pathway to a permanent full-time position for the right person.

For nurses who want broader scope, there is also the option (by discussion) to support our medical team a couple of days a week in a clinical nurse role, which can take this to a full-time position sooner. Injecting remains the core of the role.

What you will bring

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- 2+ years of hands-on cosmetic injecting experience (anti-wrinkle and dermal filler) is our preferred threshold.



Strong candidates with a minimum of 12 months of consistent injecting will be considered.
- The confidence to consult, plan and treat independently from your first week. This is not a training position.
- A natural eye for facial aesthetics, symmetry and natural-looking results
- Warm, polished client care and the ability to manage expectations at every stage of treatment
- Comfort recommending skincare and complementary treatments as part of a complete plan
- A commitment to secure, compliant practice: documentation, consent and adverse event management

Injecting experience is essential. Applicants without prior cosmetic injecting experience will not be considered.
