Join a dynamic, ASX-listed mining business and provide high-level support to a vibrant, energetic CEO and the Executive Leadership Team.

This is a senior EA role for someone who enjoys pace, variety and being at the centre of a busy organisation. You’ll work closely with the CEO, leadership team, Directors and Company Secretaries, with exposure across executive support, Board coordination, governance, travel and corporate activities.

About the Role

- Provide high-level EA support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, including complex diary and meeting management.
- Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including papers, logistics, actions and follow-ups.
- Prepare and coordinate high-quality presentations, documents, correspondence and executive briefing materials.
- Manage complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, site visits, conferences and Board/leadership team travel.
- Work closely with Company Secretaries on governance processes, Board documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate executive expenses, requisitions,



purchase orders and other corporate administration.
- Support executive onboarding, visas and corporate activities, while providing backup support to the broader office team when required.

About You

- Proven experience as a Senior EA supporting a CEO, C-Suite or senior leadership team.
- ASX-listed mining/resources experience is essential.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident, polished and professional when dealing with executives, Directors and senior stakeholders.
- Energetic and proactive, with the personality and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong judgement and discretion.
