House Cleaner urgently required to join our team Cleaning mainly for the Elderly and Disability clients on the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) and similar care packages.

Mobile based with a weekly list of regular Clients and Tasks to be carried out at each property. (These are not whole house cleans). Regular clients allow a positive working relationship to build so, the ability to communicate with the elderly generation and the infirm should be one of your personal attributes. A Company Vehicle is supplied for work and private use, which is fully stocked with all the Equipment and Cleaning Products required to perform your duties.(You do not buy any products or use your own personal equipment) Your Uniform, a Mobile Phone and all PPE is also provided as well as ongoing Support.

Experience in the cleaning industry will be a big advantage but all candidates must undergo a paid, one week, on the job, initial suitability trial, teamed with one of our staff. This is to ensure you personally can cope with some occasional dirty situations that can be challenging to clean and you may not expect, and some Clients have Mental issues or Language difficulties that can be challenging for communication if you are not used to such situations.

Once you are cleared to work on your own, each Client has Priority tasks to complete first, followed by other jobs within their allotted time only. Examples of tasks are:-

- General Kitchen clean, sterilize and wipe down.
- Bathroom and Toilet Clean and sterilize.
- Vacuum and dust bedroom/s, Lounge, Dinning.
- Dusting all other surfaces.
- Cobweb removal.
- Cleaning out of Window sills, Tracks and Runners.




- Sweeping or Blowing down of some area's like Veranda's.
- Interacting with Clients, drinking Tea/Coffee whilst still carrying out your duties.

The position is flexible around School hours (please ensure you have child care covered for school holidays, sick days etc) 15 hours a week Minimum, and up to 20hours Maximum. Working a 4 day week of Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday or any combination of 4 days normaly between 9am to 3pm (depending on clients allotted time spots) and an average of 2 to 3 Clients homes per day. No Weekend work or Public Holidays and No Shift work. You MUST have a Full clean Drivers License. Be an Australian Resident, and live within the Riverland SA. (Berri, Barmera, Renmark, Winkie, Cobdogla, Lyrup, Kingston etc (excluding Waikerie as we do not service that area and travel time is to exccesive)

You MUST have a recent National Police Clearance Check or be happy to get one, and Have FULL work rights with NO restrictions.

The Job is NOT suitable for anyone that has ANY Physical Disability or Bad Back, sore shoulders, Tennis Elbow, Carpel Tunnel, Knee's that sometimes hurt etc ect, as the work involves a lot of Bending and Stretching. Also, Overpowering Tattoo's and ANY visable offensive Body markings/Tat's are not very desirable as they have been shown to be unwelcome to some of our elderly, multiple cultural clients.
