We’re hiring an experienced Front of House Cafe All-Rounder to join our team in Main Beach.

This role is primarily focused on customer service, taking orders, running food and keeping the front of house operating smoothly during busy periods.

We operate a counter-service model — customers order and pay at the counter, so there is no traditional table ordering service.

The role includes

- Greeting customers and helping them with the menu
- Taking orders accurately through the POS
- Running food and drinks to tables
- Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables
- Keeping the dining and counter areas clean and organised
- Preparing basic drinks and assisting the team where required
- Staying organised and productive during busy breakfast and lunch periods

You’ll be a good fit if you

- Have previous café, restaurant or hospitality experience




- Have a good level of spoken English and are comfortable taking customer orders
- Are confident dealing directly with customers
- Work quickly and stay calm when the café gets busy
- Are punctual, dependable and able to work as part of a team
- Can work weekends
- Are planning to remain on the Gold Coast for at least 6 months
