If you’re an experienced barista who loves a busy shift, works hard, moves fast and takes pride in making consistently great coffee, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for up to 8 experienced casual baristas across our Kafe and Kwik Koffee Drive Thru teams in the Swan Valley.

Yahava has been part of the Swan Valley coffee scene for years, and with 35 years of hospitality experience between our leadership team, we know the difference between a workplace that simply gets through a shift and one where a great team genuinely enjoys working hard together.

The Role

These are busy, hands-on roles for people who enjoy being productive.

You’ll need to be comfortable working at pace, keeping your area clean and organised, maintaining quality under pressure and helping the team wherever needed.

We love people who notice what needs doing and get stuck in without waiting to be asked.

Our casual team members generally work 15–34 hours per week, depending on availability and business needs.

We require availability for at least one weekend day each week, which can be fixed or flexible, along with good weekday availability.

While we're advertising casual positions, we're always interested in developing great people into long-term permanent roles when there is a strong fit on both sides.

What You'll Be Doing

- Making high-quality coffee quickly and consistently

- Delivering genuinely great customer service





- POS operation and cash handling

- Keeping your workspace clean, organised and ready for service

- Maintaining Yahava's quality and presentation standards

- Jumping in and helping your teammates during busy periods

- Completing general Kafe or Kwik Koffee duties as required

Kwik Koffee Drive Thru

Open 7 days

Shifts fall between 5.00am–4.30pm

Perfect for baristas who enjoy speed, efficiency, customer interaction and a seriously busy service.

Yahava Kafe

Open 7 days

Shifts fall between 8.30am–5.30pm

Perfect for baristas who enjoy fast-paced café service, great coffee and creating a memorable customer experience.

What You Bring

- At least 2 years' barista experience, preferably in a busy, high-volume environment
- The ability to make great coffee consistently while working at pace

- Good availability within your chosen location's operating hours across the week

- Availability for at least one weekend day
- A strong work ethic
- A positive, respectful and humble attitude

- Pride in doing things properly
- A willingness to help your teammates rather than saying, "that's not my job"

- Energy, initiative and a genuine love of customer service

We aren't looking for someone who simply can work fast.





We're looking for people who enjoy being busy, like achieving things and feel good after smashing out a big shift with a great team.
