Looking for a hospitality role that doesn't take over your weekends?

Our kitchen at The Central Riverton is busy, established and performing well — and we're looking for the right person to make an already strong team even stronger.

We're looking for an experienced Cook to join us for a minimum of 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You don't need to be a qualified chef — but proven commercial kitchen experience is essential.

This is a hands-on role supporting our existing kitchen team with food preparation and service. You'll need to be confident stepping onto a section, particularly fry, and capable of working independently when required.

You'll need to be confident with:

- Running a fry section during service
- Food preparation and basic cooking
- Working efficiently and consistently in a busy kitchen
- Maintaining a clean, organised section
- Following food safety and kitchen procedures
- Communicating clearly with the kitchen team
- Jumping in and helping wherever needed

The person matters just as much as the experience. We're looking for someone reliable,



positive and easy to work with. Someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well and understands that a successful kitchen comes from everyone working together.
