Due to continued company growth, we are seeking an organised and professional Experienced Labourer / General Fencer to join our Traralgon team.
The Opportunity:
This full-time position is a hands-on role involving fencing, concreting, excavation, machinery operation and truck driving across residential, rural and large-scale commercial projects.
Key Duties
- Install steel, timber, rural, security and commercial fencing.
- Complete concreting work, including mixing, pouring and finishing concrete.
- Excavate post holes, footings, trenches and work areas.
- Safely operate excavators and other construction machinery.
- Drive company vehicles and transport materials, machinery and equipment.
- Use hand and power tools.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Set posts,
install gates and complete general fencing work.
- Undertake general site clean-up and manual labour tasks.
- Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
Required Skills and Experience
- Previous fencing or construction experience
- Physically fit with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Current driver’s licence
- White Card (Construction Induction Card) – essential
- Forklift Licence – essential
- Medium Rigid truck licence and/or machinery tickets
