We are looking for an experienced and capable Landscaper to join our team working across the Brisbane and Gold Coast region.
We are seeking someone with landscape construction experience who can read and interpret plans, set out works and confidently run projects from start to finish. The successful applicant will be capable of working independently and as part of a team, coordinating day-to-day works on site and leading a small crew to deliver projects to a high standard.
Above Award rates are available for the right applicant, based on experience and ability, with the potential for the position to develop into a full time Landscape Supervisor.
The ideal candidate will be physically fit, hardworking, reliable and passionate about landscape construction, with a strong eye for detail and pride in their workmanship. You will need to be comfortable taking responsibility on site,
solving problems as they arise and working effectively with our team, clients and other trades.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in landscape construction, including the ability to read plans and run projects
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Current manual driver's licence, reliable transport and Construction Industry White Card
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
