About the role

Full-time position in a busy Italian restaurant kitchen. You will be responsible for food preparation and kitchen assistance, dishwashing and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, assisting chefs during busy service periods, receiving and putting away deliveries, and general kitchen cleaning and duties. You will follow food safety and hygiene standards and work as part of a qualified and friendly kitchen team.

Key responsibilities

About you

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Kitchen Hand

- Experience in a busy restaurant kitchen

- Reliable, punctual and hardworking

- Able to work efficiently under pressure

- Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Able to work well with chefs and other kitchen staff

- Full working rights in Australia
