About the role

We are seeking an Experienced Production Worker to join our team on a casual basis at our Dudley Park facility in South Australia. This is a hands-on production role where you will contribute to the packaging of garden products. The role offers flexibility as a casual position, allowing you to manage your availability whilst supporting our production operations.

You will work in a rapid-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment, where attention to detail, safety awareness and efficiency are paramount.

Key responsibilities

- Operating production machinery and equipment in accordance with operational procedures and safety guidelines

- Assembling, packaging and preparing garden products for distribution

- Maintaining accurate production records and reporting any issues or defects immediately

- Adhering to all health, safety and environmental requirements on the production floor

- Working collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

- Performing quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards

- Maintaining a clean and organised work area, including proper housekeeping practices

- Following established procedures and responding positively to operational changes or instructions

What we're looking for

- Proven experience working in a manufacturing, production or warehouse environment





- Demonstrated ability to operate production machinery safely and effectively

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

- Excellent health and safety awareness with a proven track record of safe work practices

- Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods

- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced production environment

- Reliability and punctuality, particularly important for casual shift work

- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for recording information and following instructions

- Current driving licence is advantageous

- Capable of loading and unloading trucks

- Experience in picking and packing order

- Fast and efficient at unloading shipping containers
