You will be responsible for managing and nurturing an established residential portfolio while being supported by an assistant in addition to identifying opportunities to grow the rent roll. This is an opportunity to take responsibility for a well-maintained residential rent roll, work alongside an entrepreneurial and hands-on leader, and play an important role in the continued growth of the business.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining an established residential rent roll
- Building solid relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing arrears and coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections (shared roll)
- Managing bond lodgements and preparing for and attending NCAT matters when required
- Working closely with and directing your Property Management Assistant
- Ensuring a high level of service and attention to detail across your portfolio
- Contributing to new business and rent roll growth
- Maintaining strong communication with landlords, tenants and trades
About you
- 3–5+ years' hands-on residential property management experience
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end property management process
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to work autonomously,
prioritise effectively and manage your time
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- PropertyMe experience is highly regarded
- A reliable, up-to-date and well-maintained vehicle, as travel is required
