Botellon is a neighbourhood gem in the heart of Graceville, opposite the train station on Honour Ave. We've proudly served our local community for over five years, offering modern Spanish tapas in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

Our kitchen is driven by flavour, quality, and consistency—with a focus on premium ingredients, bold Mediterranean influences, and a collaborative team spirit. The venue seats up to 80 guests across indoor and outdoor spaces and trades Wednesday to Sunday for dinner, with lunch on Saturdays, and Sundays.

About the Role

We're on the lookout for a skilled Experienced Chef to join our close-knit team. This role would suit a grill chef or a CDP who wants to work in a small team along side the head chef.

You'll be working across grill and line stations, contributing to menu development, and supporting our Head Chef during service.

Example of Roster (subject to change but not by much):

- Monday & Tuesday – days off
- Wednesday – 12pm to 9pm (30 min break)
- Thursday – 1pm to 9pm (30 min break)
- Friday – 11am to 9pm (1-hour break)
- Saturday – 11am to 9pm (1-hour break)




- Sunday – 11am to 8.30pm (1-hour break)
- Occasional weekends off on request

Who You Are ✔ Proven experience on the grill and/or in a high-paced kitchen

✔ Passionate about flavour and precision—especially Spanish or Mediterranean cuisine

✔ Calm, fast, and focused under pressure

✔ Strong attention to detail and high standards for presentation and cleanliness

✔ Reliable, respectful, and team-oriented

✔ Willing to contribute to new menus and ongoing kitchen innovation

✔ Minimum 3+ years of professional grill experience required

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
