Nature’s Care Manufacture Pty Ltd (NC) is a leading Australian health and wellness products manufacturer. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Export Sales Executive to join our Export Sales Team and support the continued growth of our international business.

About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing export customer relationships, supporting international sales growth and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with international customers and distributors.
- Identify new export sales opportunities and support business development across international markets.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals and other customer documentation.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, orders and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance and Production.
- Monitor customer orders and ensure timely communication and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Support export sales activities, promotions and market development initiatives.
- Assist with achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the Export Team.




- Provide regular updates on customer activity, sales opportunities and market feedback.

About You We are looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience in sales, export sales, international business development or account management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- The ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- Valuable computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with international customers or distributors is highly desirable.
- Experience in the health supplements, FMCG, pharmaceutical or related industries will be advantageous.
