As our organisation continues to grow and expand its community-controlled services, we are building a talent pool for upcoming opportunities within our Service Delivery Team.

Successful candidates will work closely with community members, stakeholders and internal teams to support the delivery of high-quality programs and services that achieve positive outcomes for individuals, families and communities.

About You

We would like to hear from people who:
- Are passionate about working respectfully and effectively with remote Aboriginal communities.
- Have experience in community development, youth programs, family services, justice initiatives, project coordination or service delivery.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with community members, stakeholders and colleagues.
- Communicate clearly and work collaboratively.
- Are organised,



adaptable and able to manage competing priorities.
- Are committed to culturally safe practice and achieving positive community outcomes.
- Are willing to live and work in a remote community setting.

Essential requirements
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in community services, youth work, project management or a related field.
- Current NT Driver’s Licence.
- Current Ochre Card and Police Clearance, or the ability to obtain both.
- The right to work in Australia.
