Job Description

Lyka is hiring a Customer Care specialist in Melbourne to join our quick-growing pet wellness team. You will be the frontline for our pet-parents, handling live chat, phone and email inquiries and resolving issues related to accounts, orders and deliveries with guidance on dog nutrition.

Work in a hybrid setup with 3 days in the office across Sydney and Melbourne. Lyka offers a learning budget, parental leave top-up, wellbeing support, and pet-friendly offices to help you thrive while you grow
