Durack Civil is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead its plant division across Queensland, Recent South Wales and the Northern Territory. You will own fleet utilisation, maintenance programs and supplier relationships to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage plant, operators and subcontractor plant, drive asset lifecycle planning and implement robust tracking and compliance systems to support tender submissions and project delivery.
