David Fastrack Management Pty Ltd is a brand management company specialising in supporting food and beverage businesses with chain and franchise expansion and operational management across Australia. We work with a growing portfolio of brands, including David Hot Pot, David Master Pot and Rong Sichuan Cuisine, with an expanding network of restaurants and stores across Australia. As our brand portfolio and store network continue to expand, the need for consistent and well-coordinated corporate services across the business has grown significantly. We are seeking an experienced Corporate Services Manager to oversee and coordinate the corporate administrative framework supporting our brands and store network, including administrative systems, policies and procedures, resource coordination and management support. The position will work closely with senior management and relevant teams across the business to ensure that effective corporate services and administrative support are consistently provided as the organisation continues to grow.

About the role

Plan, organise and coordinate corporate administrative services supporting the company's growing portfolio of brands and store network, ensuring consistent and efficient administrative practices across the business. Provide high-level administrative and operational support and advice to senior management on matters including organisational planning, resource requirements, administrative arrangements and the implementation of business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Corporate Services and Administration: Plan, organise and coordinate corporate administrative services supporting the company’s growing portfolio of brands and store network, ensuring consistent and efficient administrative practices across the business.
- Management Support and Planning:



Provide high-level administrative and operational support and advice to senior management on matters including organisational planning, resource requirements, administrative arrangements and the implementation of business initiatives.
- Resource Planning and Coordination: Develop and coordinate the allocation and use of administrative, physical and staff resources across corporate operations, taking into account the changing requirements of the company’s brands and expanding store network.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop, review and implement company-wide administrative and operational policies, procedures and internal guidelines to promote consistency, efficiency and effective corporate governance across supported brands and locations.
- Budget and Financial Administration: Support management in budget preparation, financial planning and expenditure monitoring for corporate services, and coordinate administrative information required for financial reporting and management decision-making.
- Corporate Services Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate relevant administrative personnel and corporate support functions, establish work priorities and service standards, and ensure timely and effective support is provided to management and the broader business network.
- Business Analysis and Reporting: Analyse administrative and resource management issues arising from business growth and the expanding store network,



and prepare reports, recommendations, correspondence and other management information to support decision-making.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise and negotiate with management, internal teams, brand and store representatives, business partners, professional advisers, suppliers and other external service providers on corporate and administrative matters.

Skills & Experience Required

- A Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Business Management, Management, Business Administration or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant qualifications and substantial professional experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate services, business administration, operations or a comparable management role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing administrative functions, organisational resources and business processes across a multi-site or growing business environment.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate corporate services across different business functions and locations.
- Experience in developing and implementing administrative and operational policies, procedures and internal systems.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with management, administrative personnel and operational teams.
- Sound understanding of budgeting, resource planning and business reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior management, internal teams, business partners and external stakeholders.
