Melrose is a Brisbane construction company doing excellent work with exceptional people, and we're growing. We're after a Site Manager to run our high end office, education and commercial fitout projects. No two jobs the same, and handovers that actually mean something to the people waiting on them.

You'll be the senior person on the ground, running the trades and setting the safety culture, with a Project Manager and Contract Administrator working beside you. The role reports to the Project Manager, backed by a proper delivery process and a head office team that actually supports its sites.

You're probably a fit if you:

- Have senior site management experience running high end fitouts
n
- Hold a QBCC Open Site Supervisor Licence and a trade or construction qualification
n
- Can run multiple trades to program without letting quality slide
n
- Say it early when something's off, whether that's program or safety - even when the news is bad
