Job Description

Regis Alawarra Lodge in Melbourne is seeking a Clinical Care Manager to lead secure, high-quality, resident-centred care across the home. You will coach a team of nurses and care staff, oversee assessments and care planning, drive governance, risk management and continuous improvement, and partner with the General Manager to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

This role requires current AHPRA RN registration, leadership experience in residential aged care, and a strong grasp of Aged Care
