Job Description

This is a hands-on B2B customer support role, with responsibility for maintaining strong and trusted relationships with existing customers. You will become a trusted point of contact for our B2B customers, understanding their business, anticipating their needs and ensuring they receive a consistently high level of service.

- Fostering strong, long-term customer relationships

- Understanding customer needs to ensure the right solutions

- Preparing and following up quotes

- Identifying opportunities to better service clients
n
- Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to completion
n
- Coordinating customer specific, uniform, workwear, PPE
n
- Sourcing products and solutions to meet customer specific needs
n
- Following up orders and ensuring customers are kept informed
n
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales information
n
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver on customer expectations

- Proven experience in B2B sales
n




- A strong track record in a customer relationship role
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Confidence dealing with business owners, managers and purchasing decision-makers
n
- Excellent follow-up and organisational skills
n
- The ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- Confidence using CRM systems
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
- The ability to work independently while being part of a small team
