Summary The Australasian College of Health and Wellness (ACHW) is seeking an experienced online Facilitator to support delivery of HCM301 Psychology of Clinical Aesthetics from the November 2026 intake.

This contractor role would suit an academic or experienced educator with relevant expertise in psychology, counselling, behavioural science, mental health or a closely related field who enjoys making complex concepts meaningful for students in an applied health and aesthetics context.

Responsibilities

- Facilitate four scheduled interactive online sessions each intake.
- Maintain an engaging presence in the online classroom and support student participation.




- Guide students in connecting psychological and behavioural concepts with ethical clinical aesthetics practice.
- Mark assessments using approved rubrics and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Monitor progress, support students appropriately and escalate academic concerns when required.
- Participate in moderation, facilitator meetings, professional development and relevant quality activities.

Qualifications

- Masters's degree or higher in Education, Training, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a facilitator or trainer in an educational or corporate setting.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective training programmes.
- Familiarity with various training methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.
