About the role

Working as part of our fabrication team, you will be involved in the manufacture and installation of a wide range of custom architectural projects. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes genuine pride in their workmanship and enjoys producing quality custom work.

Key responsibilities

- Fabrication and welding of mild steel
- TIG welding aluminium
- TIG welding stainless steel
- MIG welding
- Fabrication of custom steel stairs and stair components
- Aluminium fencing and gate fabrication
- Stainless steel fabrication and finishing
- Balustrades, handrails and structural steel
- Reading and interpreting workshop and fabrication drawings
- Accurately measuring, marking and fabricating components

About you

- Previous experience as a Boilermaker, Metal Fabricator or similar trade
- Proven fabrication and welding experience
- Experience with steel stair fabrication highly regarded
- TIG welding experience
- Strong MIG welding skills
- Ability to read and work accurately from fabrication drawings
- Good understanding of measurements, angles and fabrication processes




- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Current driver's licence
- Current forklift licence
