Based in our Melbourne office, this role is central to ensuring our workplace operations run smoothly, safely and in compliance with Arup standards and legislative requirements.

As Facilities Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of our workplace facilities, working closely with contractors, suppliers, building management and internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional workplace experience.

The Opportunity

- Coordinate planned, reactive and emergency maintenance activities across the Melbourne workplace and project offices as required.
- Manage contractor and supplier relationships, including compliance documentation, inductions, performance monitoring and service delivery.
- Support workplace safety, compliance and emergency preparedness activities, ensuring legislative and Arup requirements are met.
- Oversee facilities operations including workplace assets, storage, security systems, relocations, minor works and workplace improvement initiatives.
- Maintain facilities records, reporting and workflow systems while contributing to continuous improvement across workplace services.

Is this role right for you?

- Experience in facilities management, workplace operations, property services or a similar environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing contractors,



suppliers and maintenance programmes.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety, contractor compliance and workplace risk management practices.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, contractors and operational activities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business.
