Your new role

We are seeking an experienced Critical Facilities Manager to support the day-to-day operation of a complex commercial and data centre environment. You will be responsible for maintaining critical building systems, managing contractors, responding to technical issues, and helping ensure uninterrupted building operations

This is an initial 3-month contract with the possibility of extension

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Technical Facilities Management team with day to day management of the Critical Site
- Maintain and troubleshoot critical building services systems
- Monitor and manage HVAC, electrical, fire, and mechanical infrastructure
- Operate and monitor BMS, UPS, CRAC units, and chiller plant equipment
- Coordinate contractors and oversee maintenance activities
- Implement planned preventative maintenance programmes
- Respond to building faults and technical issues
- Participate in an after-hours on-call roster




- Support emergency response and business continuity activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements

What you'll need to succeed

- Technical Facilities Management Experience working in a Critical Environment
- Additional Corporate Experience Highly Advantageous
- Relevant qualification in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Management, or similar
- Strong understanding of workplace safety and compliance requirements
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Current driving licence
- Ability to complete a security clearance process before commencing
- Open to Working After Hours/ Weekend Work

What you'll get in return

- $55 p/h - $60 p/h + super (Plus Penalty Rates for After hours/ Weekend Work)
