About the roles

Supa Peg Australia is seeking reliable and enthusiastic Factory Hands to join our manufacturing team at our facility in Yatala, Queensland. We have multiple roles available,

1. Operating our fabric cutting machine (Pathfinder)

This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

- Operating fabric cutting machinery (pathfinder)

- Monitoring production runs

- Quality checking finished products

- Assisting the sewing team when required

- Assisting with general factory duties when required

- Full training will be provided.

- Knowledge of Industrial sewing would be highly regraded. But not essential

1. Pick/ Packer

This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Packing products into cartons according to set packing requirements;

- Ensuring the correct quantity and product is packed into each carton;

- Labelling cartons accurately;

- Checking products for quality and presentation before packing;

- Preparing packed cartons for storage or dispatch;

- Keeping the packing area clean, organised and safe;

- Assisting with general factory duties when required;

- Working as part of a team to meet daily production requirements.

- Full training will be provided.





These positions are offered on a casual basis, with the potential for the right candidates to transition into a permanent position within the company.

- Physical fitness to perform a hands-on role and lift up to 15 kg

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

- Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team

- Clean, organised and safety-conscious approach to work

- Ability to follow instructions and adopt safe work practices

- Good communication skills

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Excellent punctuality, reliability and attendance

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

- Current rights to live and work in Australia
