Hogg and Associates Lawyers is a boutique Family Law firm in the Summer Hill Village of Sydney’s Inner West.

We are currently offering a part time position at our firm as a legal assistant. The position is offered is part time, up to 3 days per week. The position would be suitable for a 2nd or 3rd year law student with an interest in Family Law.

Your responsibilities may include

- File management,
- Preparation of briefs for hearing,
- Reviewing documents,
- Assisting with the preparation of statements of account,
- Undertaking legal research,
- Drafting articles,
- Assisting our solicitors, and
- General administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will be completing a Bachelor of Laws and have:
- A keen interest in Family Law,
- Excellent attention to detail,
- An ability to follow instructions,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and
- A willingness to help and assist clients and staff with any tasks as required.
