Pascale Legal Barristers & Solicitors is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join our established legal practice.

We are looking for a confident and capable solicitor who is passionate about family law, client advocacy and achieving practical outcomes for clients during what can often be some of the most challenging periods of their lives.

About the role The successful applicant will manage a varied family law caseload and work across a broad range of matters. You will have the ability to manage your own files with a high level of autonomy while working as part of a supportive and experienced legal team.

Key responsibilities

- Parenting and children's matters
- Property settlements
- Divorce and separation
- Financial agreements
- Legal Aid matters
- Court appearances and advocacy
- Negotiations, mediations and dispute resolution
- Preparation of court documents, correspondence and advice

About you

- Minimum of 2 years' post-admission experience practising in family law
- Hold an unrestricted Australian practising certificate
- Currently appointed to the Legal Services Commission of South Australia Legal Aid Panel, or be eligible for appointment
- Demonstrated experience managing family law files independently
- Strong advocacy,



negotiation and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and client-management skills
- Highly organised and able to effectively manage competing deadlines and court commitments
- Sound professional judgment, integrity and attention to detail
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a professional legal team
