ABOUT DEVIATION ROAD

Deviation Road winery and cellar door is located on a 40ha property in the Adelaide Hills. We are recruiting an all rounder to work with the winery and vineyard teams assisting in all areas of production and site maintenance. The role requires experience operating agricultural machinery and forklift driving. A positive attitude and willingness to work within a small team driven to create quality outcomes is a must.

The position is permanent part time, 3 - 4 days per week.

RESPONSIBILITY OVERVIEW

MACHINERY operations – slashing, spraying, chain sawing, brush cutting

VINEYARD - trellis and irrigation maintenance, bird netting

GROUNDS – general maintenance around winery and cellar door

WINERY – bottling, labelling, grape transport

LOGISTICS – packaged wine movement between sites and deliveries

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Drivers license & own transport (essential)

Licensed and experienced forklift operator (essential)

Experience with operation of tractor, chainsaw, brush cutting (essential)

Vineyard experience (desirable)

Mechanical / Machinery maintenance (desirable)
