Yulong Investments is a leading Victorian Thoroughbred Stud. We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Full-Time Farm Hand to join our team in Bayles, Victoria. Located near the picturesque Mornington peninsula and in one of Victoria’s beautiful farming corridors, this role offers an opportunity be a part of a dynamic and dedicated team.

The successful applicant will be dependable and self-motivated, enjoy working as part of a team, demonstrate a strong work ethic and have previous experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the care and management of livestock.
- Assist with mustering, yard work, vaccinations, and treatments.
- Tractor and machinery work.
- Assisting with fencing.
- Spraying and land preparation.
- General farm and garden duties.
- Routine maintenance of farming equipment and machinery.
- Assisting with irrigation and water systems.
- Comply with all workplace health and safety and equal employment opportunity initiatives to contribute to a protected, healthy, equitable and ethical workplace.
- Work in accordance with management direction.

What were looking for:

- Experience driving heavy machinery.
- Use of GPS Equipment (preferred but not essential).
- Cattle experience (preferred but not essential).
- Knowledge of Irrigation.
- Problem solving mindset.
- A passion for agriculture and a good attitude.




- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to maintain and operate farm machinery and equipment to a high standard.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Clear communication skills and attention to detail.
- A current driver’s licence (HR licence desirable).
- Full Working rights in Australia.
