Kaleen Pizza & Snack Bar is seeking an experienced full-time Fast Food Manager to organise and control the day-to-day operations of our busy pizza and takeaway establishment.

The successful applicant will manage staff, stock, purchasing, service standards, sales performance, and general store operations.

Key duties and responsibilities

- determining product mix, stock levels and customer service standards;
- managing purchasing requirements and liaising with suppliers;
- setting and reviewing prices in line with business requirements;
- assisting with marketing, promotions and advertising of the business;
- monitoring sales, expenses and financial transactions;
- maintaining records of stock levels and business transactions;
- preparing and monitoring operational budgets;
- recruiting, training, rostering and supervising staff;
- monitoring staff performance and maintaining appropriate service standards;
- ensuring efficient day-to-day operation of the store;




- handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints;
- ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety and other applicable requirements; and
- implementing procedures to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Skills and experience

Applicants should have:
- relevant qualifications in business, retail, hospitality management or a related field; or
- at least 1 year of relevant management experience in fast food;
- experience supervising staff in a quick food, takeaway, retail or similar environment;
- strong organisational and communication skills;
- experience with stock control, purchasing, rostering and customer service; and
- the ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
