A varied role combining customer visits, coffee deliveries and warehouse stores work

Beverage Marketing Australia, trading as The Coffee Place and Corporate Coffee Solutions, is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Field Customer Representative / Storeperson to join our Brisbane team. This is a varied position generally split between:

- 2–3 days visiting customers across Brisbane and surrounding areas
- Approximately 2 days working in our Virginia warehouse and stores

While in the field, you will deliver scheduled coffee and consumable orders, look after customer relationships and carry out basic care and checks on coffee equipment. Your warehouse days will involve receiving stock, picking and packing orders for the next day, maintaining stock organisation and supporting the day-to-day operation of the branch.

About the Role

No two days will be exactly the same. Your responsibilities will include customer service, scheduled deliveries, basic equipment care and general stores duties.

Most customer visits combine a scheduled delivery with a basic equipment check, helping ensure customers have the products they need and their coffee equipment is clean and operating correctly.

Full training will be provided on our coffee products, equipment, systems and service routines.

Field and Customer Responsibilities

- Visit assigned corporate and hospitality customers on scheduled routes
- Deliver coffee, milk and other consumable products
- Provide friendly, professional and reliable customer service
- Build positive relationships with customers and help support long-term retention




- Carry out basic checks and preventative care on automatic and traditional coffee equipment
- Complete basic grinder adjustments when required
- Show customers the correct daily and weekly equipment-cleaning procedures
- Identify simple equipment issues and report faults requiring a qualified service technician
- Complete scheduled visits and job information using our mobile service system, Simpro
- Assist with basic equipment setup and customer support when required
- Load, organise and maintain the company vehicle for scheduled runs

Warehouse and Stores Responsibilities

- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Receive, check and put away incoming stock
- Assist with stocktakes and inventory checks
- Maintain an organised, clean and safe warehouse
- Prepare orders and stock for upcoming customer routes
- Report damaged, missing or low stock
- Support the Brisbane team with general warehouse and stores duties

About You

You will be well suited to this role if you:
- Have experience in customer service, warehousing, stores, deliveries or a similar hands-on position
- Enjoy working with customers and building professional relationships
- Are comfortable spending part of the week on the road and part in the warehouse
- Are reliable, organised and able to manage a daily schedule




- Have good attention to detail when picking orders and handling stock
- Have an interest in practical, mechanical or technical work
- Can identify basic problems and follow established processes
- Are confident using a mobile phone or tablet to complete jobs
- Can work independently while remaining part of a supportive team
- Hold a current Australian driver’s licence a manual licence is preferred
- Are comfortable driving throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas

Coffee knowledge, barista experience or previous experience with coffee equipment would be highly regarded, but is not essential.

Physical Requirements

This position involves regular driving, standing, walking, picking and packing, and manual handling. Applicants must be comfortable safely lifting and moving cartons and products weighing approximately 12kg or more, using the appropriate equipment and procedures provided.
