Position Overview: As a Detailer/yard hand at Freedom Pools, you will play a crucial role in the process of ensuring the creation of high-quality fiberglass pools. This is a permanent full-time position based in Kenwick, Western Australian, offering an attractive salary, comprehensive training, and career development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Support and maintain a focus on Safety First
- Using buffing and power tools
- Assisting in the plumbing or finished pools ready for delivery
- Ability to identify non-conforming products
- Ensuring a high standard of housekeeping
- Complying with company OHS requirements




- Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and quality standards.

Qualifications:

- Reliable and willing to learn
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Experience in the pool / boat or automotive industry or in similar fiberglass roles would be desirable.
- Knowledge of fiberglass pool production processes is a plus.
