An exciting prospect has arisen for a Financial/Management Accountant to join a large, well-established organisation known for its strong market presence and high-performing team. The business is recognised for its collaborative culture and focus on employee development, offering genuine opportunities for growth, flexibility, and career progression. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will take on a broad range of responsibilities, including:
- End-to-end month-end close process
- Preparation of monthly management reports, including P&L; and variance analysis
- Preparation of annual financial statements
- Assisting with the annual audit
- Balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany accounts
- Cash flow forecasting and monitoring
- Preparation of BAS and payroll tax




- Supporting and mentoring the Assistant Accountant
- Business partnering with key internal stakeholders
- Ad hoc analysis and project work

To be successful in this role, you will be CA/CPA qualified with 3+ years of accounting experience, either as a Financial/Management Accountant within industry or from a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm. You will be able to work autonomously, have a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Interested?
