We are seeking an experienced Completions Administrator to join our team on a major project in Port Hedland, Western Australia. Operating on a FIFO 2:1 roster from Perth, this site-based role will support the successful execution of completions, commissioning and handover activities through the administration and maintenance of the project's Completions Management System (CCMS). This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-term Monadelphous project, with immediate commencement and project works scheduled through to 2028.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and support continuous improvement initiatives across project completions processes and procedures.

Support the import, validation and management of project data within the CCMS.

Track, monitor and report on completions progress, punch list status and handover readiness.

Administer and maintain the Project Completions Management System (CCMS), ensuring data accuracy and integrity at all stages of the project lifecycle.

Prepare and distribute daily, weekly and monthly completions reports for project stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

Minimum 3 years' experience in a Completions Administrator, CCMS Administrator, Commissioning Administrator or similar project support role.

Previous experience supporting construction, commissioning and handover activities on major mining, energy, infrastructure or resource projects.

Strong understanding of completions and commissioning processes and industry best practices.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate and reliable project data.

Excellent organisation and time management skills,



with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
