Complete Staff Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Consultant to join a leading finance business based in Casino and play a key role in supporting customers and the broader Northern Rivers community.
About the Role
The Finance Consultant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and assisting customers across a range of financial products including lending and investments. The role supports branch operations while identifying opportunities to meet customer needs and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build sustainable and meaningful relationships with customers and the local community.
- Service existing customers across our clients product offering including lending and investment solutions.
- Identify customers’ broader financial needs and refer complex enquiries to specialist team members.
- Provide factual product information (no advice) to prospective and existing customers.
- Accurately record customer interactions and outcomes in CRM systems.
- Support day-to-day branch operations including customer enquiries and administrative tasks.
- Maintain up-to-date branch documentation, collateral and product information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer outcomes and settlement processes.
- Contribute to achieving branch sales and growth targets.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Undertake general administrative and ad-hoc duties as required.
About You
To be successful, you will bring:
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Experience in banking, lending, finance or a customer-facing sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Sound organisational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of lending, investments or financial products (desirable).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
