Manage the systems and processing of EP Risk Management Pty Ltd's accounting and operating records, working within the guidelines of the Company, the Company's Business Management System (BMS), relevant state taxation guidelines, relevant federal regulations and Australian legislations. Provide office administration support as well as components of IT Systems support, asset and fleet management.
Key responsibilities
- Oversight of bookkeeper to ensure collection, entry and filing of all accounts payable records in Workflow Max and Xero; maintain supplier/contractor information records; process supplier payments
- Oversight of bookkeeper who prepares and sends timely customer invoices and collects funds from customers; involvement in collection efforts as appropriate
- Oversight of bookkeeper making monthly payroll related payments including employee payroll, superannuation and PAYG , will be checking & signing off payroll & will process payroll as needed.
- Prepare and balance monthly Bank and General Ledger reconciliations
- Ensure bookkeeper is preparing and lodging reports for IAS, quarterly BAS payments and FBT
- Preparation of monthly financial reports including P&L; and BS and Area Manager Reports.
- Maintain all required documentation to ensure Business Management System compliance regarding Finance and Office Manager responsibilities
- Provide reports on job profitability and WIP; ensure all staff complete timesheets to match payroll records and Fixed Assets
- Administration management of company insurances
- Support the CFO, CEO and executives with projects and tasks when required
About you
- Demonstrated Finance and accounting experience of 5 years
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated high level of oral and written communication skills, including ability to communicate well and engage with clients, suppliers and staff
- CPA Qualified preferred
- Appropriate VISA work eligibility
