Looking for an internship where you can do more than sit on the sidelines?

At Hilton Foods, you’ll get hands-on experience working across Finance, Operations and Engineering, supporting projects that have a genuine impact on how our business operates.

Based at our Truganina site, this internship is ideal for a student studying Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related discipline who enjoys working with data, solving problems and seeing projects through from start to finish.

What will you be working on?

You’ll be involved in real business projects, including:

- Asset Verification Project – helping review and cleanse our asset register, physically identify and tag assets, capture information and support the rollout of a standardised process across our sites.
- Inventory & Internal Audit Project – reviewing current processes around maintenance spares and inventory, identifying gaps and opportunities, and helping develop improved processes to reduce risk and waste.
- Data & Reporting – using Excel to analyse information, track project progress and turn data into clear, useful reports.
- Process Improvement – documenting what works, identifying opportunities to improve and helping develop best-practice processes that can be rolled out across Hilton Foods.

You’ll work directly with Finance, and Operations teams,



attend project meetings and have the opportunity to engage with stakeholders across multiple sites. What you’ll get out of it
