By providing both retail and wholesale financial advice, this firm supports their clients with an all-encompassing offering. The Opportunity

The Private Wealth team is seeking a Financial Adviser to support and existing cohort of clients, and drive growth through both internal and external referrals. The team is well-resourced to support administration and research, so you can focus on client relationships and developing strategic opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be encouraged to participate in industry commentary, contribute to thought leadership, and maintain a strong presence through online channels and events.

Key Responsibilities

- Working with the Director of Financial Services, you will be a senior member of the team providing capacity whilst also driving growth, capability and strategy
- Learn and understand the client engagement model and the value proposition for each service area of the broader business




- Build and develop trusted and robust relationships with the Sydney team as well as the wider group and key stakeholders within the business
- Contribute strongly to the Financial Advisory team and actively drive the successful transition of some client relationships and the development of others
- Assist to grow and build on the capability of the team and be active in your participation within group wide technical forums

About You

- ASIC-approved Financial Planning qualifications
- Significant experience in, and understanding of, the end-to-end client relationship from a Wealth Management & Accounting perspective
- Proven expertise in managing senior client relationships that involve complex financial structures
- Be familiar with and keen to develop and drive strategic initiatives that will assist marketing and the overall client acquisition process
- Substantial knowledge of the financial services industry as whole, including legislation and regulatory obligations with experience essential in Accounting, Tax, Superannuation, Insurance & Investments
- A confident persona and an ability to engage clients at the senior level
- A strong desire to progress your career and someone who is seeking a long term, reliable and well-resourced corporate environment
