Woods & Co Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a well-established Melbourne-based financial advisory and insurance specialist firm, who are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join their growing team.

What you'll do:
- Deliver tailored financial advice across superannuation, life insurance, and risk products
- Attend pre-scheduled client meetings and provide expert recommendations
- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' financial situations, goals, and investor profiles
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust and quality advice
- Keep up to date with product and market changes across the super and insurance space
What we're looking for:
- Current RG146 / relevant financial advice qualifications and AFSL authorisation
- Proven experience providing financial advice, ideally within superannuation and/or insurance
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for clients
- A client-first mindset and high attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously once meetings are handed to you
