Your current company

ASX listed mining organisation with interests here in Australia across multiple locations and with various commodities. About to move into production. This is an exciting and pivotal time for the business.

Your new role

This growth-focused, newly created role will see you manage a small, but growing finance team as the business moves into its production phase.

You will be responsible for growing the team's headcount as the business moves forward. Transactional support and a well-regarded finance manager are already in the business and doing well. You will help take the next step in providing oversight and hands-on support in all aspects of accounting and in developing the team.

Key areas will include, overseeing preparation of financial statements, taking the lead with forecasting and budgeting, supporting the company secretary with ASX announcements, amongst others.

What you'll need to succeed





You will be an experienced finance manager or controller with mining experience in an ASX environment here in Australia with solid all-round and technical accounting experience. You will be excited to join a growing business moving to its next, most important phase. You will be able to support with strategic decision-making yet also be hands-on as required as the company grows.
