As a Fit Out Foreperson, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and supervision of fit-out projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, to a high standard and within program.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and coordinating trades and subcontractors on site
- Managing daily site activities and ensuring works are completed to program
- Coordinating materials, deliveries and site access
- Reading and interpreting plans, drawings and specifications
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality
- Ensuring WHS requirements and site procedures are followed
- Coordinating with Project Managers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients
- Identifying and resolving site issues efficiently
- Maintaining site organisation, cleanliness and presentation
- Providing regular updates on project progress
About You We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience as a Foreperson in commercial fit-outs or construction
- Has strong knowledge of construction processes and sequencing
- Can confidently coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is reliable, proactive and takes pride in their work
- Can work independently and take ownership of their site
- Has a strong commitment to safety, quality and delivering projects on time
- Can provide relevant experience and references
