CARCO Midland is continuing to grow, with a newly refurbished facility, ongoing expansion and the addition of new automotive brands. As a result, we have created a new opportunity for a motivated and organised Fleet Administrator to join our growing Fleet Sales team.

Working closely with the Fleet Manager and Fleet team, you will help keep the department running smoothly by coordinating vehicle administration, orders, deliveries, documentation and customer communication.

This is a great opportunity for someone who doesn't have extensive experience but has a genuine interest in cars, fleet sales and the automotive industry and is looking to start or build a long-term career in the sector.

The Role

As Fleet Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Fleet team, including:

- Managing the day-to-day administration of fleet vehicles, including data entry, documentation and delivery coordination
- Preparing quotes and following up to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery
- Processing fleet transactions, including invoicing, purchase orders and repair orders
- Coordinating vehicle stock, dispatch and arrivals with manufacturers
- Checking purchase requests against stock and inventory records
- Processing licensing paperwork, buyback agreements, claims and other fleet documentation
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and ensuring deadlines are met
- Liaising professionally with clients, manufacturers, suppliers and internal departments
- Assisting with customer enquiries and resolving issues where possible, escalating when required
- Supporting the Fleet Manager and team with general administrative and operational tasks
- Contributing to a safe, organised and efficient workplace





What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused and keen to learn, with the ability to keep on top of multiple priorities in a busy environment.

You will ideally have

- Previous experience in administration, reception or customer service
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional and customer-focused approach
- The ability to build positive relationships with customers, colleagues and external stakeholders
- Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
- A proactive, motivated and willing-to-learn attitude
- A genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry
- A current and valid WA Driver's Licence
