Pacific Club Lounge Host

We are seeking a polished and personable Pacific Club Lounge Host to join our team. This is a key front-facing role within our Executive Club, where attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and a passion for service excellence are essential.

As a Host, you will be entrusted with creating a calm, refined, and welcoming environment for our most valued guests - many of whom are frequent travellers, corporate executives, and VIPs. Part time and Casual opportunities are available.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Personalised Guest Service, deliver warm, intuitive service tailored to individual guest preferences.

- Anticipate needs and create moments of delight.

- Confidently prepare and serve beverages and light meals to a high standard

- Maintain a welcoming, polished, and well-presented lounge.

- Support daily lounge operations including setup, stock management, and maintaining polished environment.

- Stay informed on VIP arrivals, guest preferences,



and special requests.

Bar Attendant at Hill Street Bar

Join Hill Street Bar, a dynamic venue that blends the energy of a neighbourhood favourite with the quality and service excellence of Pan Pacific Perth. We are seeking a friendly and energetic Bar Attendant to deliver exceptional service, serve great food and drinks, and help create the welcoming and vibrant atmosphere that keeps guests coming back to Hill Street Bar.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both front-of-house service and basic bartending, with a genuine interest in hospitality.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Deliver exceptional customer service.

- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

- Prepare and serve beverages, including wine, beer, and basic cocktails.

- Recommend menu items, wines, and venue specials to enhance the guest experience.

- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service.

- Respond promptly to guest enquiries and provide personalised service.

- Process guest payments and assist with cashiering duties.

What you'll bring

- Passionate about hospitality, food, wine, and guest experiences.

- Strong food and beverage knowledge and confidence in making recommendations.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Professional,



proactive, and attentive to detail.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

- Previous food and beverage experience, including wine service or basic bartending skills, will be highly regarded.

- RSA and Food Safety certification
