We're partnering with a well-established customer-focused business to recruit a Store Manager for a Chatswood location.

THE OPPORTUNITY

n

As Store Manager, you'll be the face of the business in Chatswood, responsible for creating a professional, welcoming and trusted experience for every customer.

n

You'll take ownership of:

n

- Leading and coaching a small, customer-focused team
n
- Building strong relationships with a diverse customer base
n
- Driving sales, KPIs, conversion and customer engagement
n
- Confidently explaining products and services to customers
n
- Managing cash handling, reconciliation and day‐to‐day financial processes
n
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, security and compliance
n
- Managing opening and closing procedures and daily store operations
n




- Supporting rostering, training and performance management
n
- Identifying opportunities to grow sales and improve the customer experience
n

WHAT'S ON OFFER?

- Base salary around $75,000 + Super
n
- Monthly performance-based bonus scheme with potential to earn up to approximately $40,000 additional
n
- Five‐day working week
n
- Choose your roster! Choice of roster: Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday

WHO WE'R LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a commercially minded retail leader who is confident, personable and comfortable taking ownership.

n

You may come from:

- Store Management or Assistant Store Management
n
- Banking or financial services
n
- Foreign exchange or travel money
n
- Jewellery, watches or luxury retail
n
- Telecommunications or electronics
n
- Travel or hospitality
n
- Specialty retail or other high‐value customer environments
n

You'll ideally bring:

n

n




- Previous Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Branch Manager, Supervisor or Senior Sales experience
n
- Strong sales and KPI performance
n
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence handling transactions
n
- A genuine customer‐first approach
n
- Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
n
- The ability to work autonomously in a smaller team
n
- Confidence coaching and developing team members
n
- A high level of integrity and professionalism
n

n

Experience in foreign exchange, banking, financial services or another high-value transaction setting will be highly regarded — but it's not essential.

n

Mandarin or Cantonese language skills will be highly advantageous for this Chatswood-based opportunity, particularly when building rapport and providing an exceptional experience for the local customer community.

n

However, language skills are not essential. We're equally interested in candidates who demonstrate strong communication, cultural awareness and the ability to build trust with a diverse customer base.
