TasSpan Civil Contracting are currently seeking experienced Foreman/Supervisor for their Bridgewater facility with above award wages on offer, additional allowances with car and phone included.

The Role

Reporting to the Production Manager the position is responsible for the day to day delivery of precast projects. Functions of the role include:

- Plan and execute jobs to run efficiently and effectively.
- HSEQ management (toolbox, site records, quality control)
- Manage staff and share knowledge with other team members.

You To be considered for this role you are required to have a demonstrated ability in the following skills and attributes:

- Previous precast/construction experience.
- Ability to understand and interpret construction drawings and programs.
- Solid attention to detail, along with good organisation and time management skills
- High level of communication skills, both oral and written.
- A can do attitude with the ability to make decisions under pressure.

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Australian Working rights
- Current car license with Own reliable transport
- Available 5 days a week
- Ability to pass a medical.
